Indian Catering Service is a religious ceremony typical of decedents of Jewish origin settled in and around San Diego in Los Angeles. This Jewish ceremony initiates a young male -- traditionally 13 years and a day -- into religious community, considering him an adult and is matured to perform his moral and religious duties towards the Jewish community across the world in Los Angeles. In other words, Indian Catering Service officially leads to recognizing a 13 year old Jewish boy as a bar mitzvah in Sacramento.
